Leon Washington does it all for the New York Jets
Reserve running back does everything for the Jets. He returns punts, kickoffs, catches passes and runs the football. He’s also very effective at his many jobs as he is averaging 103.8 total yards per game this year. Washington has carried the football 15 times for 57 yards (3.8 ypc) with 1 TD run and he also has caught 11 passes for 68 yards (6.2 avg). He would be the main running back if something happened to starter Thomas Jones. Washington has only returned 3 punts for 11 yards (3.7 avg) but he has been outstanding on kickoff returns. He has returned 9 kickoffs for 279 yards (31.0 avg) including a 98-yarder for a TD. Washington is averaging 10.9 yards every time he touches the football this season.
