The Jets got rid of a headache by trading veteran guard Pete Kendall to the Washington Redskins.  He was sour in camp and earning a place in Coach Mangini’s dog house when the Redskins came calling.  The Jets will receive a 4th round pick in the 2009 NFL Draft from the Redskins for the 34-year old offensive lineman.  I’m sure the Jets where covering up the phone so the Redskins’ front office couldn’t hear their laughter.
