The Jets have signed running back Tony Fisher to replace Cedric Houston as their #3 running back.  Houston walked out of camp a couple of days ago and apparently has quit on the Jets.  Fisher played in 8 games last season for the Rams and he carried the ball 6 times for 9 yards (1.5 ypc).  He also caught 14 passes for 159 yards (11.4 avg) and he returned 8 kickoffs for 165 yards (20.6 avg).  Over his 5 year NFL career Fisher has played in 68 games (5 starts) and he has carried the ball 241 times for 889 yards (3.7 ypc) with 4 TD runs.  He also has caught 139 passes for 1,059 yards (7.6 avg) with 5 TD grabs.
