The Jets took care of the football and made plays when they had to. Chad Pennington completed 19 of 29 passes for 183 yards and a TD. Kevan Barlow ran the ball 12 times for 31 yards and a TD. Leon Washington carried the ball 7 times for 25 yards and caught 2 passes for 52 yards. Cedric Houston had 2 carries for 10 yards and a TD. Lavernues Coles caught 10 passes for 78 yards. Jerricho Cotchery caught 3 passes for 33 yards. TE Chris Baker caught 3 passes for 15 yards and a TD.

Jonathan Vilma led the defense with 10 tackles. Safety Kerry Rhodes had a good game with 8 tackles and 2 sacks. The defense got pushed around a little bit in the running game. The Bills ran the ball 31 times for 169 yards (5.5 ypc). The Bills also completed 56.4% of their passes for 306 net yards thru the air. The Jets did beat up JP Losman and recovered two of his fumbles and intercepted 1 of his passes.
